Ingredients
4 oz sliced Eckrich Bacon Covered Club Deli Meat
2 slices tomato
2 slices romaine lettuce
1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices Cheddar cheese
3 slices white bread
Directions
- Lightly toast all three pieces of bread.
- Lightly spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Lay 2 oz sliced meat on one piece of bread
- Top with 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cheese, and 1 slice romaine.
- Top with second slice of bread.
- Layer remaining meat, cheese, tomato and romaine.
Top with third slice of bread to close sandwich.
