Beef and Swiss Sandwich

8 ounces thinly sliced Eckrich Deli® Roast Beef
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices pumpernickel rye breadDirections- Spread bread slices with mustard-mayonnaise blend.
- Top one slice of bread with 2 ounces beef, 2 slices of cheese, 1/4 of the tomato and lettuce and second slice of bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut each sandwich in half.
