Roasted Corn Relish for Smoked Sausage
Smoked sausage served with a relish of roasted corn, red bell pepper, onion and Italian dressing.Prep Time: 20 minutesTotal Time: 20 minutesMakes 8Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) Eckrich® Smoked Sausage
1-1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
1/4 teaspoon garlic saltDirections- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook and stir 3 minutes, or until corn is lightly browned. Remove from skillet; place in medium bowl. Add onions, bell pepper, dressing and garlic salt; mix well.
- Heat sausage according to package directions.
- Serve sausages topped with the corn mixture.
