    Ingredients
    1/2 lb Eckrich Bacon Covered Ham, diced 8 large eggs 2 tbsp chopped chives 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup of milk ¼ tsp salt and pepper 1/2 tbsp margarine or butter
    Directions
    1. Heat diced ham in skillet for 2 - 3 minutes until slightly browned.
    2. In medium bowl combine eggs, milk, diced ham, chives, green pepper, cheese, milk, salt & pepper.
    3. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat; tilt pan to coat.
    4. Add egg mixture.
    5. Reduce heat to low.
    6. Cook until egg mixture is firm, stirring frequently.
    7. Plate and serve.
